A welding expert will recommend the proper length and that my jewelry is more likely to break and/or stretch if I do not follow this suggestion.

Re-weld and Repair Policy
During your session your weld will be double-checked for strength. You are eligible for one complimentary re-weld* or size adjustment within the first 14 days but that after that a re-weld will incur a fee. *A re-weld that falls under the 14 day warranty is such that if the bracelet’s breaking point is at the weld this is included within the complimentary re-weld. If the breaking point is anywhere along the chain and NOT at the welding point there will be a fee to repair the bracelet.

Wear + Tear Policy
Nothing is truly permanent or immune to wear and tear — especially when worn 8000+ hours a year — and that tarnishing, scratches, and loss of shine are normal.

Refund Policy
There are no refunds or exchanges on permanent jewelry.
